About White Horse Investments

White Horse Investments (UK) Limited was formed in 2005 with an aim to provide customers with discounted property and incentives enabling first time buyers to get onto the property ladder, and also to assist investor clients with increasing their property portfolios. A full relocation service and home movers service can also be provided.

White Horse negotiates with developers both locally and nationally for discounts and incentives typically between 10% and 25% for clients. We introduce our clients, both home buyers and investors to the developer at the reduced prices.

Our service does not end here, we manage the process step by step from reservation through to completion. We have established relationships with Mortgage brokers and Solicitors who we introduce our clients to for a professional and dedicated service.

For our investor clients we have a dedicated Lettings and Property Management service offering advice on the most suitable properties to purchase in respect of securing tenants and details of anticipated rental incomes.
